Due to the unique nature of our business, we cannot accept returns of any kind. We cannot make exceptions to this rule, as that would not be fair to everyone.

Item Shortages

Due to the nature of our business, we will occasionally run short on an item (particularly yardage). If that occurs with your order, we will call or email you to give you options, which may include taking what we have, substituting something similar, waiting for a reorder, or canceling your order.
